Description

Command And Staff Trainer (CAST) provides training at collective training level 4 to 7. CAST allows training of commanders and their HQ staff from Battle group to Division formations in operational command and control procedures.

The current CAST system utilises the Advanced Battlespace computer simulation (ABACUS) in conjunction with other supporting software co-owned by the MOD and DND (VCCI, SIMSPEAK).
