Description

This is a request for quotation for an online booking system for Elmbridge Borough Council and Guildford Borough Council. The system should enable both Councils' internal & external customers to book rooms, facilities, events, courses & appointments via a simple and responsive web interface.
It would be accessed through each Council's intranet for internal users (staff) and public websites, including social media sites for external users via a range of mobile devices.

The solution is to replace both Councils' existing booking systems.
