Description

Ashford Borough Council are inviting suitably qualified contractors to tender for the conversion of a single-storey council owned property to create an adapted wheelchair accessible bungalow under the Disabled Adaptation work. The works will consist of altering the internal layout, installing an adapted kitchen and level access shower and overseeing external works to provide level access.

The work is programmed to be a 14 week contract and undertaken between March and June 2023 and should be resourced appropriately. Note; the start and end dates as stated in this notice are provisional at this stage and maybe subject to change.
