Description
UK Anti-Doping is a non-departmental public body accountable to Parliament through the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport. UK Anti-Doping is the UK National Anti-Doping Organisation and provides testing services as well as case management, anti-doping intelligence and education services.
UK Anti-Doping now invites tenders for the provision of warehousing and distribution, merchandising, creative services and e-learning ("the Services") for three years .

Tender submissions are to be delivered no later than 3:00pm on 117 May 2019 in an unmarked envelope. Save for any postage or courier markings neither envelope should have any distinguishing marks including the identity of the Tenderer or its agents.
We require the successful bidder(s) to provide:
Creative services: UKAD requires this support for a several functions within UKAD, including the Education, Branding and Communications teams. From designing factsheets and reports through to training programmes and merchandise, the requirements are varied.
E-learning: UKAD is seeking a provider that can support it in the delivery of its e-learning programmes.
Events and people management: UKAD is seeking a provider that can support it in the management of event bookings and deployment of its staff. Whilst not a requirement, this would be a "nice to have".
Warehouse and distribution: UKAD require a high-quality service that will enable its products and merchandise to be stored efficiently and safely. The products and merchandise will to be easily accessible for dispatch as well as having an ordering system that is quick and simple to use.
Merchandise: The current merchandise arrangement includes the provision of merchandise for UKAD's three main brands (UKAD, 100% Me and Win Clean) and Game Clean, which has recently been created.
