Description

The business benefit to the Lancashire and South Cumbria Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP) of a regional borderless network intelligent platform is that it will connect authorised staff to anyone, anywhere, on any device, at any time.
Suppliers are expected to demonstrate innovative solutions to service delivery. Instead of just bandwidth provisions it is expected that suppliers will offer solutions such as SD-WAN, flexible bandwidth tailored to the usage types (e.g. CPE with standard core service delivery, with options for voice, video, wireless, UC etc.) with site costs as required (i.e. bandwidth, maintenance, management etc.).
