Description

This procurement was conducted under the APUC framework - Microscopes and Imaging Equipment including Associated Servicing, Maintenance and Repairs LAB1028 AP: Lot 3 - Laser-based Imaging Systems and Laser Components. Awarded Under the ranked process.

The Wolfson Light Microscopy Facility (LMF) is a multiuser core facility that houses a wide range of confocal, widefield and light-sheet systems serving the needs of biomedical and biological scientists in the Faculties of Science, and Medicine, Dentistry and Health. To provide the supply, installation and commissioning of a laser-based super-resolution confocal microscope that is suitable for the imaging of both live and fixed cells, tissues and small organisms.
