Description

Procurement of development services to introduce an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) System

King's College London is looking to procure a service for the Wellcome Trust funded Stratification and Treatment in Early Psychosis STEP project. This project consists of 3 non-commercial clinical trials for which an online Electronic Data Capture system needs to be developed, where all the gathered data (e.g. demographics, clinical symptomatology, side effects and concomitant medication) will be entered into a database. The trials are of various sizes (i.e. participating centers and participants) and lengths (6 weeks versus 2 years), and differ in the level of required software complexity. The system needs to meet the applicable regulations, e.g. concerning data privacy and medical device regulations (as applicable).
