Description

Scope of services includes:

Sparkle Project - Refurbishment of all internal communal areas

To include redecoration of communal lounge and hallways, WC's, etc., replacement of light fittings to communal lounge, communal hallways and carpeting of communal lounge areas.

It is anticipated that the period of the contract will be around 8 weeks and that the anticipatory value of the contract will be between £30k to £45k

The Council advises all potential suppliers to fully acquaint themselves with the site conditions and scope of the works required.
