Description

In line with EU Public Contracts Regulations (2015), Staffordshire University is to put in place a Framework Agreement for the provision of Professional Broadcasting and Photography / Digital Imaging Equipment to be used for teaching purposes. Any agreement put in place will cover two Lots, (Lot 1) Broadcast Equipment and (Lot 2) Photography / Digital Imaging Equipment.

The initial contract will be awarded for 3 years which may be extended by a further, maximum 2 years (12 months plus 12 months) subject to satisfactory performance. 3 months written notice will be provided of extended periods of the agreement. The initial agreement will commence 1st August 2019 and conclude 31st July 2022.

Staffordshire University are seeking bids from providers of equipment who are Fully Approved by Manufacturers of Professional Broadcasting Equipment and Photography / Digital Imaging Equipment. Failure to provide evidence of appropriate and relevant approval and / or accreditation may disqualify bids from further consideration. Tenderers may bid for inclusion on one or both Lots.

Any agreement to be put in place will include supply, delivery, installation and commissioning, together with relevant software licences and upgrades, consultancy and technical advice, end-user training, support and maintenance costs associated with the equipment to be provided.
