Description

The owner of Sutherland Chambers in Church Street, Stoke wishes to appoint a contractor to undertake historic restoration work to the building. The work will include historic replacement of the shop fronts, repairs/replacement of the windows on the upper floors and doors, masonry repairs and repairs to chimneys, repair/replacement of cast iron rainwater goods and roof repairs. Planning permission for the work has been granted. Work will be part funded by the Stoke Partnership Scheme in Conservation Areas (Historic England and Stoke-on-Trent City Council).
