Description
Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, on behalf of Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust (the "Authority" / "Trust" / "Buyer"), issued an Invitation to Tender ("ITT") in connection with a competitive procurement for the Provision of Taxi Services under the Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Non-emergency Transport and other Transport Services, reference no: L/2019007/096, category five (5) Taxi and Passenger Transport, region seven (7) London.
This tender aimed to secure a single contractor for the Provision of Taxi Services for the Trust. The appointed provider was required to provide a taxi service that ensured patients and Trust staff, where appropriate, were transported in a safe and caring manner.
The term of the contract is three (3) years with the option to extend up to a maximum period of five (5) years, at the sole discretion of the Trust. One (1) or more extensions may be by periods of twelve (12) months not exceeding the maximum extension period.
