The British Red Cross Society (Red Cross) is a humanitarian organisation that refuses to ignore people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are.
This Prior Information Notice is to obtain market views on Postal & Courier Services and gather information to enable the Red Cross to develop a Strategic Sourcing Plan to demonstrate their future approach to Postal & Courier Services.
Interested parties are advised to note that this will be a nationwide exploration which covers the following geographic areas: UK, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man.
Additionally, please note that we have provided a market research Pro Forma that we advise all interested parties to complete in full. This Pro Forma shall be used a mechanism for Red Cross to increase its knowledge of the potential supply market, develop its strategic procurement plan and assist the Red Cross in their future approach to postal services.
