Description

Refurbishment and reconfiguration of the Library Ground Floor. The works comprise internal and external alterations to the existing Library Ground Floor. This includes but is not limited to creation of a new café area including internal seating and enclosed external seating area, new staff and student rooms/areas and refurbishment of existing walls, floor and ceiling finishes, electrical and mechanical services installations and drainage alterations.
