Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of framework agreements. Our members include organisations providing services to the whole public sector including social housing providers, local authorities, blue light services and education and health related organisations.
Efficiency East Midlands (EEM Ltd) is releasing this prior information notice to inform the market of our intention to establish an comprehensive Building Materials and Managed Solutions Framework. The framework is a new framework based on demand from members to support with their Building Materials and Managed Solutions requirements and will replace our existing Building Materials and Managed Solutions Framework (EEM0072) that is due to expire in March 2025.

We are conducting a market engagement exercise as part of the process for the renewal of our existing Building Materials and Managed Solutions that expires in March 2025. The answers we receive within this questionnaire will help us with the preparation of the tender pack.

As part of our market engagement we are looking for suppliers to answer our market engagement questionnaire attached via a link to this notice, we encourage and welcome suppliers to complete and return the questionnaire.
