Description

2gether Support Solutions (herein referred to as "we" or "us") was formed in April 2018 as a new, wholly owned subsidiary company of one of the largest NHS Foundation Trusts in the UK, East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust (the "Trust").

On behalf of the Trust's legal services department, we are seeking to:

1) determine the level of potential interest from, and capability of, suitably experienced document management solution service providers (ideally SMEs based in Kent) who will - in a safe, secure and timely manner:

i) convert / scan confidential and sensitive related information (including, but not limited to, patient medical notes, continuous CTGs and other health & corporate records) into an encrypted digital format; and then
ii) deliver the encrypted digitised documents to identified Trust representatives via a service provider's hosted secure EDRM system or other suitably secure alternative cloud-based platform or other secure methods in accordance with Trust agreed timescales; and

2) gain information from the market to help inform the development of, and identify potential issues relating to, any subsequent procurement exercise conducted.

If you are a suitably experienced document management solutions service provider, capable and interested in supporting the Trust's legal services department, then you are invited to register your interest via the Trust's Bravo Solutions e-tendering portal at https://commercialsolutions.bravosolution.co.uk/

After the closing date, registered interested parties will be invited to attend, and participate in, a virtual market sounding engagement event, and discussion group, anticipated to take place w/c 14th March 2022.

Suitably experienced document management solutions service providers interested in attending, and participating in, the Trust's market sounding engagement event are as follows:

a) access the Trust's e-Tendering portal at https://commercialsolutions.bravosolution.co.uk

b) click 'View current opportunities and notices'

c) express an interest in the pqq_1109 - Document management solutions

d) accurately complete and submit your answers to the Qualification Envelope questionnaire by no later than 16:00 on Thursday, 10th March 2021.

It should be noted that by registering your organisation to attend the Trust's market sounding engagement event is NOT an actual pre-qualification or selection questionnaire. System limitations mean that the labels state PQQ and Qualification Envelope.

Please note that this notice is NOT being used to commence any public procurement exercise of any kind. A response to this early engagement notice does NOT guarantee any subsequent invitation to participate in any future public procurement process that may be conducted nor are we bound to accept any proposals offered. If any tendering exercise is carried out, then this will be advertised on Contracts Finder.

We are not liable for any costs, fees or expenses incurred by any interested provider participating in the market sounding engagement event and we reserve the right (at our own discretion) to pursue alternative routes for the provision of the document management solution services required should we decide to do so.
