Description
The University of Southampton wishes to perform genomewide association analysis (GWAS) on a unique set of 451 human DNA samples.
Samples to be genotyped on Illumina OmniExpressExome-8 v1.3 bead chips, or an equivalent platform that provides at least 800,000 single nucleotide polymorphism genome wide genotypes.
