Description
GSTT currently has requirements for a temporary service desk to wrap-around their Electronic Patient Record (Epic) go-live (which is currently scheduled for late September 2023).
Essentially, this would sit as a complement to the current in-house service desk, but providing extra resilience to allow GSTT to cope with the swell of additional calls during the first few weeks of Epic being live.
