Description

Tenders are invited for to provide a range of services to support carers.

The range of services are split into 3 contracts:

Contract 1 - Birmingham Carers Hub
Contract 2 - Birmingham Young Carers Service
Contract 3 - Birmingham Mental Health Carers Service

Birmingham Carers HUB - Contract 1:

The Council wishes to establish a contract for the provision of a Birmingham Carers HUB providing a range of services to support carers in the city. This service (Contract 1) will have close links to the Young Carers Service (Contract 2) and Mental Health Service (Contract 3), all services are separate procurements. This contract will last for 2 years and 9 months (unless terminated under the terms of the contract).

Birmingham Young Carers Service - Contract 2:

The Children's Trust wishes to establish a contract for the provision of a Birmingham Young Carers Service providing a range of services to support carers in the city. This service (Contract 2) will have close links to the Birmingham Carers HUB (Contract 1) and Mental Health Service (Birmingham) (Contract 3), all services are separate procurements. This contract will last for 2 years and 9 months (unless terminated under the terms of the contract).

Birmingham Mental Health Carers Service - Contract 3:

The Commissioners (Birmingham and Solihull CCG and Sandwell & West Birmingham CCG) wish to establish a contract for the provision of a Mental Health Carers Service providing a range of services to support carers who care for individuals registered with a Birmingham GP Practice. This service (Contract 3) will have close links to the Young Carers Service (Contract 2) and the Birmingham Carers HUB (Contract 1), all services are separate procurements. This The contract duration will be for a period of 31 months (unless terminated earlier under the terms of the contract) with the option to extend for an additional 24 months.
