Description

Replacement of various corridor/lobby ceilings, distribution boards, rewiring of communal lighting circuits including all other outgoing communal circuits and replacement of electrical accessories. LED lighting upgrade to communal areas including external lighting. No works are required in resident's properties. All electrical works must comply with BS-7671:2008 Incorporating Amendment 3:2015.

General information:

Adam's Elm House is a brick building constructed in 1983 consisting of ground floor, first floor and a smaller second floor level. This building is a sheltered housing unit occupied by elderly residents. No access is required into resident individual properties. All works is within communal areas.
