Description

Birmingham City Council requires a supplier of an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) service.

The contractor will develop and provide a workplace EAP which will be made available to all eligible users that is designed to improve employee health and wellbeing by promoting self-awareness and self-care, providing support and intervention, and building resilience.

This contract will be for a total period of 2 years commencing 1st January 2023 until 31st December 2024, subject to satisfactory performance.

The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
