Description
The London Borough of Barking & Dagenham wishes to develop a new independent advocacy service offering independent child protection advocacy.
The provision of an advocacy service for children and young people subject to Child Protection Plans (CPP) is recognised as good practice as it supports and promotes the engagement of children in key decision making and enables their experience and voice to be heard through-out the Child Protection processes.
The London Borough of Barking & Dagenham is seeking a quality provider with the unique skill set to deliver this service to a high standard.
The contract will now start on 1st May 2024 an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further period of up to 1 years (2+1) at the sole discretion of the council.
