Description

The Council of the Isles of Scilly is looking for one or more providers to provide cleaning services, as specified in the contract documents, to St Mary's Airport and Park House Residential Care Home on St Mary's, Isles of Scilly.

The Council has set out the contract opportunity as two Lots (based on sites) which can be awarded either as a single contract to a provider submitting a package bid or separately to two providers who are successful with their submissions in each of the respective lots.

There is no restriction on the maximum number or combination of lots to be awarded to a provider and there are a number of bidding models that are anticipate and which are detailed in Appendix B of the tender pack
