Description

The MOD has a possible future requirement for the provision of secure infrastructure on a civilian site in the South-East of England. The requirement would be for the full-service provision of physical and IT infrastructure classified Above-Secret. The service required would include site leasing; facility design, build, accreditation, and management; and cloud IT system design, build, accreditation and support. The contract duration is expected to be 5 years with an anticipated contract award date in Q2 2023, however, these are subject to change.

The Project is classified up to TOP SECRET UK EYES ONLY; for this reason the Authority cannot share further information without first satisfying security protocols, other than the information captured within the overview above. In view of this requirement, level of access and nationality restrictions involved, an exemption applying Regulation 7(1)(a) of the DSPCR in conjunction with Regulation 6(3A)(a) has been endorsed. Potential suppliers will be required to hold the requisite List X clearances to participate in any future competition in relation to this requirement.
