Description
The portal will support Parent and Provider for Early Years Funding and Eligibility. This will be a one stop shop for both parents and providers to facilitate an effective and simple customer journey. The system offered must be proven and include upgrades and maintenance for the duration of the agreement. The award of this contract will be subject to the award of grant funding from DfE&S to the Council.
