Description
This procurement process relates to the establishment of a "Flexible" Framework (here after referred to as the "Framework") for the procurement of bed and breakfast / hotel accommodation for use as temporary accommodation. The Framework will be established under the Light Touch Regime and therefore applies the flexibilities afforded under regulation 76 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. These flexibilities include the re-opening of the Framework to allow new entrants periodically.
The tender will include three separate Lots outlined below. Providers will be permitted to bid for one, two or three lots depending upon the accommodation they are able to offer:
• Lot 1 Ensuite bedroom- single person accommodation
• Lot 2 Ensuite bedroom - couples accommodation
• Lot 3 Ensuite family bedroom (or rooms) - family accommodation
