Course 1 - The Full QIP: The course is to equip trainees (ST1-4) to meet QI Curriculum.
Course 2 - Leading Healthcare, Leading Improvement (ST4+) - Equip trainees to meet leadership and leading QI curriculum.
Course 3 - Improve one Thing 2 x 1 day Virtual Workshops aimed at all Paediatric trainees. The workshops focus on the practical elements of improvement science and how improvement works on the ground.
