Description

Halton Housing sought bids for the procurement of a new Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tool.

Currently, HH utilise a custom built ITSM Service Desk which was developed in-house, using Microsoft Power Apps. Although the current tool has been fit for purpose when managing incidents, there are limitations around continually improving the tool.

In order to facilitate the use of more Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices (including change and problem management), developing the current tool would require more in-house resource than is available. As such, HH looked to replace the current tool with a system supplied by a third party service provider.

The successful bidder is an SME.
