Description

The Trust is looking to appoint a supplier who can provide a comprehensive practice management software package to support the administrative needs of the service. The software will need to include the following features:

• A secure electronic patient record
• Functionality to support appointment scheduling for multiple services and consultants
• Data collection including but not limited to patient information and referral sources
• Direct patient communication through email and text
• Billing linkage to our outsourced billing provider
• Multiple secure logins for consultants and administration staff
• Integration with payments, prescription delivery services, pathology results, dictation and transcription
