Description

A system of 22 environmental monitoring data loggers / sensors plus monitoring software. The system must record temperature, relative humidity and ideally, lux levels.

17 of the data loggers / sensors are for use inside display showcases. Integrated intruder alarms, e.g. break-glass alarms, movement sensors, vibration sensors, would be a bonus but are not essential. The remaining 5 are for monitoring the environment in storage areas, workshops, etc.

The 17 showcase loggers / sensors must be as unobtrusive as possible.

The data loggers must be battery powered, with batteries readily available and easy to change and/or charge.

The data loggers / sensors must all link wirelessly (e.g. by radio telemetry or WiFi) to the monitoring software, which will have two users. The software must be capable of recording and storing data for a minimum of 12 months. The software is expected to run on Corporately networked Windows 7 devices, and storage of data is expected to be on our existing network file shares.

Installation and configuration must be included in the quote. A period of ongoing maintenance and support, e.g. via a warranty, would be a bonus.

12 months Relative Humidity, Temperature, and Lux to be recorded. Historical data may be required to evidence exhibit preservation conditions to secure exhibits on loan etc. Devices should also be able to indicate if and when temperature and/or humidity exceed preset limits.
