Description
Birmingham City Council is looking to achieve the minimal possible disruption as it migrates from its current version of ServiceNow to a new service management system. It wishes this new system to ideally be in place by the end of Feb 2019 to allow time for staff to gain familiarity with the new system prior to going live by 1.4.2019.
We are seeking input from potential bidders to indicate the options and costs for:
a) The provision of a service management system
b) The provision of on-going maintenance and support for that system
c) Provision of user documentation for the service management system.
d) Possible provision of training in the use of the system.
e) Further relevant projects as they arise
Which will inform a full procurement exercise that may take place in the Summer / Autumn of 2018.
These services may be delivered as a single managed service, or by multiple suppliers delivering one or more of the above services. There is no preferred solution at this stage.
