FCDO is looking for a supplier who can provide a map of evidenced tech strengths (from open-source material) and conduct targeted engagement with relevant experts to gather quantitative and qualitative inputs to define the opportunities for (and barriers to) stronger tech partnerships between the UK and Central and Eastern Europe tech ecosystems, that can support the delivery of the UK's International Technology Strategy.
