Description

GMC is seeking external support in evaluating the quality of our customer service.
We have an immediate activity to evaluate the registration process for overseas doctors, but this is likely to repeated on other organisational processes. A summary of the main customer service interactions is included within this tender pack.
For each evaluation, we will be seeking to benchmark our current standard of customer service and understand areas for improvement.
