Description
The Council requires the service of a firm of Chartered Surveyors with an established office agency department ("the Contractor") specialising in the office market in West London. The Contractor will be required to provide the Council with a detailed list of potential office accommodation that it can relocate to within the Borough whilst the redevelopment takes place and also to negotiate terms on the Council's behalf should a suitable property or properties be identified. The Contractor will be required to follow RICS best practice
