Description

Public Health England (PHE), also referred to as the 'Authority', is looking to appoint a contractor to undertake the works as stated below at CRCE Chilton, Didcot, Oxon, OX11 0RQ.

The proposed work includes;
Alterations to convert 3 office rooms into one large room. Work to include the following:
- Furniture removal and re-instatement.
- Removal of walls between G2.09 & 10; and G2.10 & 10A.
- Infilling doorway to G2.09.
- Replacement of suspended ceiling with new.
- Replacement of lighting.
- Replacement of carpet with new.
- Replacement of small power and data for up to 6 staff.
- Remove covers to radiators in G2.10 & 10A.
- Plaster repairs.
- Full redecoration.
- Replacement of window blinds.

- Tender Submission by 14:00pm Wednesday 10 October.
- Tender visits week commencing 24 September (2nd week of tender).
- Project completion Friday 21 December.

A Site Visit is Mandatory for this tender; failure to attend will result in Automatic Rejection.

The Site Visits will be arranged for Tuesday 25th September 2018
