Description
Birmingham Property Services is seeking a suitably qualified organisation to provide Valuation and Marketing services for the letting of the Norman Power Care Centre, Skipton Road, Ladywood, Birmingham B16 8JJ for Birmingham Property Services.
The contract is due to commence on Monday 11 December 2017 and run until Monday 2 April 2018 with the option to extend for a further 6 months if the lease is not completed by 2 April 2018. Award will be based on the evaluation criteria stated in the quotation pack.
