In partnership with St Modwen Developments, West Lancashire Borough Client (the Client) is developing the first phase of the redevelopment of Skelmersdale Town Centre


The Client requires the Contractor to provide a wide range of commercial Property management services to effectively manage the Property in accordance with established estate management principles, maintain and enhance the investment value of the Property and maintain the Client's reputation in the community.
