Description

Birmingham City Council wishes to procure a suitably resourced supplier for the provision of Leaflet and / or Letter distribution. The Council regularly requires small deliveries of letters/ leaflets as well as post site notices to inform residents about proposed projects within the Birmingham area.

In order to adhere to Birmingham City Council's low carbon objectives, the letter drop must be carried out using sustainable transport (walking, cycling or public transport). All deliveries are to be made with no other materials to be distributed at the same time. Distribution is to be fully compliant with industry best practice (gates closed behind distributors, material fully pushed through letterboxes etc.).

This contract will be for a period of 2 years commencing 1st December 2020 until 30 November 2022.
