Description
Homes England wish to appoint a contractor to undertake the construction works to bring Coney Green Attenuation Lagoon to adoptable standards.
The works include, but are not limited to the following:
- New 4.0m wide access track suitable for maintenance vehicles;
- New headwall structures;
- Installation of new pipework;
- Removal of existing Gabion Baskets;
- Installation of concrete headwalls;
- Minor earthworks - regrade embankments;
- Any others works required to bring lagoon to adoptable standards;
- Removal and disposal of floating pennywort, including future monitoring
- Removal and disposal of Himalayan balsam, including future monitoring.
Other works include;
- Adopting authority construction sign-off.

The opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system. The contract will be subject to English law. Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in GBP and all payments under the contract will be made in GBP.
