Description

The Council currently has an O365 Tenancy and provides software services such as (Exchange online, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Teams, Yammer). Due to a move to new ways of modern working practice and having a more dispersed workforce. There is therefore a need to provide better monitoring and alerting for Key O365 services

The key Services we would need to monitor (but not exclusive) are:

o Ms Exchange 2016 Online

o On Premise servers (Hybrid solution)
o Sharepoint Online
o We do have a few on premise servers (plan to move to online)
o OneDrive
o Ms Teams
o Yammer
o Azure
o Azure AD Connect Sync
o Federation services
o Any Network / Location monitoring or testing.
o BCC Url's (websites - i.e Birmingham.gov.uk).
o Certificate health checks.
