Description

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust are looking for expressions of interest in the following:- We are looking for a supplier to provide the provision of External Quality Assessment Cardio Check PA Blood Analyser machines on a monthly basis.
The main requirements of an External Quality Assurance supplier, capable of supporting the NHS Health Check service are:-.
o Provide monthly samples for the quality assurance of the CardioChek PA Blood analyser machine
o Provide a web-based system to record the test results
o Provide accurate reports on testing on a monthly basis
o Provide software for all third-party providers of the NHS Health Checks programme for multiple user access
o Provide initial training to support implementation
o Provide ongoing training on software and any training modules for new starters (via eLearning, face to face and/or virtual delivery)
o Provide ongoing technical support for IT related to the system
o Be flexible and creative to work with our local Commissioners and stakeholders in a collective partnership to enable KCHFT to fully deliver against relevant Key performance Indicators
o Provide an alerting system
o bespoke individual and whole service data
o Provide accurate monthly summary data in Microsoft Word and graph form with regard to number of meters tested and number of poor performers
