NOTE: This notice was updated on 25 September 2017 for the following reason: THIS OPPORTUNITY HAS BEEN WITHDRAWNChelmsford City Council wishes to appoint an experienced and qualified printing company to undertake the production and mailing preparation of the Annual Council Tax Bills and Benefits Statements.

This will be a three year contract with an option for a further one year extension. Applicants MUST be experienced providers using Capita Revenues and Benefits Software and Paris formatting software. Absolute accuracy is essential as is the ability to undertake this time critical within strict deadlines.
