Description

Doncaster Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) (the Commissioner) wishes to appoint a Single Provider who can provide consistently high quality, home based complex care services to both adults aged 18 and over and to children who have been assessed as eligible to receive continuing healthcare (CHC).
