Description

Royal Holloway, University of London are seeking to appoint a suitable provider for the development into a software build that allows a single user to manage multiple Meta Quest VR headsets (including Meta Quest 2 and Quest Pros) in an LBE setting, aimed at reducing onboarding friction and host challenges at scale, including:
•Experience selection and starting each programme
•Monitor user experience
•Monitor VR hardware functionality
•Ensuring that the host software is accessible for all users
•Development into using the software without WiFi, which is not always available at showcasing sites, adding another level of complexity and difficulty in building a model for friction-free distribution.

In addition to the software build we require:
•Appropriate host training on the software build

Conditions of this contract will include:

•Must be able to invoice by 24th March 2023
•Must be able to assign all rights to RHUL, deliver licence for all non-commercial use to Royal Holloway, including any of its derivatives, in any of its trading derivatives such as StoryFutures, and can assign any underlying third party rights to Royal Holloway.
