Description

The FUGAS project (Fusion Gamma Ray Spectrometry) aims to create a bespoke, compact system capable of measuring various energies of gamma rays with high precision to calibrate fusion devices. This is achieved by using advanced scintillators with photomultiplier tubes (PMTs), Silicon Photomultipliers (SiPM), Runaway Electron monitors (RE) and Hard X-ray Measurement detectors (HXR), which this requirement is for.
