Description
We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors for upcoming sash window and associated timber repair works across multiple sites in Sandhurst, Portsmouth, and Central London.
Scope of Works:
The works will include (but are not limited to):
• Sash window repairs and refurbishment
• Repairs to skylights / roof lanterns
• Timber door and frame repairs
Project Locations:
• Sandhurst - 22 listed dwellings, split into three separate projects
• Portsmouth - 5 listed dwellings, to be tendered as three separate projects
• Central London - 2 listed dwellings, each to be tendered as individual project
Contractor Requirements:
Interested contractors must hold Constructionline Gold accreditation.
Contractors without Constructionline Gold may still express interest; however, by doing so they agree that:
• Their company details may be passed to our Tier 1 or Tier 2 supply chain partners for tendering purposes.
• Any awarded works would be undertaken via those suppliers on our behalf, rather than being contracted with us directly.
