Description
Roof refurbishment works to 80 Castles and Coasts Housing Association owned properties on the Moorclose Estate in Workington. The works will include replacement of concrete tiled roof covering, installation of new breather membrane and treated timber battens, installation of PVCu fascia boards, renewal of rainwater goods, installation bonding gutters to abutments with private properties, repointing of chimney stacks and renewal of lead flashings to the chimney stacks and associated enabling works.
