Description

Some of your day-to-day activities will include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering high quality, efficient and effective personal assistance and strategic support services to the Deputy Director, while managing and being the forward face of their office.
- Taking responsibility for the coordination, commissioning and assurance of tasks, actions and commissions from the Deputy Director and other senior leaders to the Directorate, ensuring successful and timely delivery as requested.
- Keeping informed, through discussion with Directors and others, of live and forthcoming issues so that you can spot linkages between activities and plan activities in the diary effectively.
- Developing and maintaining good relations with Directors and their support teams across the Group; working as a team with other administrative support functions.
- Working with other administrative support functions in the Directorate to ensure cover arrangements for diaries and meetings are in place as necessary.
