Description

High Eastfield Farm and outbuildings are situated at the southern periphery of Scarborough town, North Yorkshire. The buildings are not listed but elements of the original farm outbuildings are of architectural significance / interest.

The overall objective of this project is to refurbish the existing buildings to a standard by which they can be safely occupied by the Scarborough Construction Skills Village who will in due course undertake finishing works, decorations and some final fix activity and utilise the resulting buildings as a construction skills training facility and construction business centre.
