University of Winchester Automatic Door and Shutter Systems Annual Service Contract - Performance Specification and Specific Requirements

The University of Winchester is looking for a high quality, proactive and customer focused maintenance service provider for the maintenance of its Automatic Doors and Shutter Systems. This contract will be a 3-year service contract with the option for a 2-year extension on successful completion of the initial 3-year contract, based upon contract performance.
