Description

The project is across the 6th, 7th, and 9th floor at Earlsdon Park, Coventry and it entails enabling works in order to allow the relocation of circa 200 staff across the building. The principal works will be as follows:

• 6th Floor: Removal of partition and reconfiguration of office furniture,
• 7th Floor: Removal and relocation of resource centres, and creation of secure area utilising existing glazed partition,
• 9th Floor: Removal and relocation of resource centres.
• All Floors: Relocation of furniture
• All Floors: Electrical and data provision as needed to accommodate staff move.

The works involve the relocation of circa 200 staff and in enabling works for this move to take place. The contractor will need to provide I.T. data and electrical provision across all floors alongside the creation of new work spaces
